Your bound to feel a little off balance from all the medications after surgery. Yoga socks will help you get a grip. The soles are rubbery and made to create traction so you’ll feel a little more stable when moving around.

5 PILLOWS:
This is #1 the most important must buy!! Knowing that after surgery my arms will be in full T-rex mode from my chest muscels being cut, poked, and prodded. I hear that pillows are the key to finding a comfortable position to lay, sit, and sleep in, and this pillow is by far the biggest bang for your buck!

YOGA SLEEP PILLOW: This amazing Yoga Sleep pillow can be folded into various positions. Whether your sitting or sleeping this tri-section design allows full-body support that promotes relaxation and a good nights sleep.

6 DRAIN HELP:
Belts, camisoles, Lanyard etc… There are so many options for what you can do with your drains. I went for some incognito options.

FLIP BELT:The Flip Belt is a great way to go incognito mode just slip them in the pockets and poof no more drains hanging all over you. Plus I can reuse the belt for running when i get back to feeling more myself.

Lanyard:
Makes showering/Bathing once you get the go ahead less stressful and more enjoyable. Just slip the drains through the clip hoop and your good to go hands free. No worries about exposing your drain to water or geting tangled up.
